Academic Interests

I am keen to hear from healthcare managers in Southeast Asia about opportunities, share ideas and exchange experience about governance (information and clinical), hospital management, use of social media as well as eHealth and mHealth.

I have a keen interest in using RFID technologies to strengthen patient safety, while also at the same time improve the efficiency of business processes and therefore reduce costs and reliability on manual processes. In my Masters dissertation I explored the use of RFID tags to increase the safety of administering transfusions and other blood products.
